DIPLOMARTS COLLABORATES WITH WORLDFAZE ART PRACTICE TO HOST THE 2ND EDITION OF ART OF EXCHANGE.
Worldfaze Art Practice was the venue for the second edition of the ‘Art of Exchange’, an initiative by Diplomarts. This was to bring together artists, diplomats, and cross-sector leaders in a shared space where there was a mutual engagement about art and the process of artists.
The theme for the second edition was dubbed ‘Youth Empowerment and the Support of Emerging Artists.’ The founder of Worldfaze Art Practice, Kwesi Botchway, the founder of Diplomarts, Laura-Rosa Vogel, and the Swiss Ambassador Simone Giger led the guests through a curated display of works by former resident artists of Worldfaze Art Practice and some selected artists, including Jepthah Bentsil-Kobiah, Daniel Tetteh Nartey, Kingsley Sedem Dzade, Nana Fremah Amoabeng, Selorm Amekorfia, Samuella Graham, Frank Coffie, Kofi Awuya, Kwabena Lartey, and Rebekka Macht.
The Swiss ambassador Simone used the opportunity to commend Kwesi Botchway for creating a platform where emerging artists can be nurtured and thrive by exhibiting their works for the global art community.

Art of Exchange is a Cultural Diplomacy program to foster community, collaboration, and new forms of support for artists and is supported by the Swiss Embassy in Ghana.
